Below are the body measurements we use as a guide to create our styles during the design process. Our clothes are designed based on a woman whose height is 5 ft 6 - 5 ft 7 (168 - 170 cm).
The fit of a garment varies depends on the style. You can find garment measurements in the "size and measurement" section in each garment page.
Always measure against your body rather than over clothes for an accurate result.
Measure under the arms at the fullest part around the bust horizontally
Measure around the natural waistline
With the feet together measure around fullest part
In bare feet take the measurement from the top of the inside leg and measure down the inside leg to the floor

We offer a 30 days returns policy. Returns for customers within the UK are Free.
Where is my stuff?
If you haven't received your goods within the normal timeframe mentioned in the Shipping & Returns tab, please email us at hello@forgottentribes.com and provide us with your order ID so we can look into the issue.
I have sent my order back, how long does it take to process my refund?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
Do you do wholesale?

United KingdomLoved this jumper so much, and bought it in a mustard colour. It's chunky and very warm and I love the turtle neck on it, as it's not too high, but just high enough. It is balling slightly on the arms even after a couple of wears, but that's merino wool for you I guess. I still love it, and I have one of those little machines to defur clothes so all good. I also get compliments on it a lot.
