Shipping and Delivery
UK orders

Your order will most likely be dispatched the same day if placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this cutoff time will be dispatched on the next working day.
During peak seasons and sale periods, Priority Delivery may be unavailable, and dispatch times could be longer than usual.
EU orders
If you would like to ship to Europe, please visit our dedicated EU site to avoid Import duty & delivery complications. We no longer ship to the EU from our UK site, all orders must be placed on the EU site (based in France).
International order
Your parcel will be delivered within 7-10 working days after dispatch. Shipping price varies depends on destination and weight.
- USA & Australia: No Duty & Import fee for order up to USD $800. Prices are inclusive of sales tax.
