Fully tracked delivery, dispatched fast from our London warehouse — orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) usually go out the same day. Here's everything to expect.
UK delivery
- Standard — £3.99. Royal Mail 48, fully tracked. Arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Priority — £6.50. Royal Mail 24, fully tracked. Arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day; otherwise the next working day. During peak and sale periods, Priority may be unavailable and dispatch can take a little longer.
International delivery
Your parcel is delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- USA & Australia: no duty or import fees on orders up to USD $800 — prices shown include sales tax.
- Other destinations may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties, payable by the recipient.

When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off go out the next working day. During peak and sale periods, dispatch can take a little longer.
Is my delivery tracked?
Yes — every UK delivery, Standard and Priority, is fully tracked.
How much does shipping cost?
UK Standard is £3.99 and Priority is £6.50. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
Will I have to pay customs or duty?
USA and Australia orders up to USD $800 have no duty or import fees, and prices include sales tax. Other destinations may incur local import taxes or customs duties, payable by the recipient.
