We hope you love everything you bought from us, however if something is not quite right, you can return any item (except piercing jewellery and socks) within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in a clean, unworn and unwashed condition, with all their original packaging intact. All returns will be inspected by our return team, and we reserve right to refuse returns on any item that are not in a resalable condition.

We kindly ask our customers not to leave makeup marks, strong perfume and hairs when try on items. This could cause the item non-refundable.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery (earrings) and socks cannot be returned unless faulty. 

As a small business like us, repeated returns is very damaging. While we take proud of offering our customers a worry- free shopping experience with free returns, we expect our customers not to abuse this policy. If we notice that you have an unusually high returns rate on your account, we may deactivate your account and refuse future sales.


All UK returns are free of charge. We will provide exchange or full refund to your original payment method once returns are received and passed our inspection.

Customer is responsible to send items back to us for return or exchange.

I don't have a printer, how can I print return label?

Choose the QR code option and you will be emailed a QR code that will allow you to get the label printed by your local Post Office. Show this QR code on your phone to your local post office and they will be able to print the label off for you.

Where can I find my order ID ?

Your Order ID is a 6 digit number that can be found on your order confirmation and dispatch notification emails. You can also find it on the Royal Mail shipping label affixed to your parcel that was used to deliver the parcel to you.

Can I get my parcel collected from Home?

Unfortunately, this option is not available. Your parcel must be taken to your local Post Office.

How long does it take for a refund to take place? 

We will issue a refund as soon as we received and processed your parcel.

How can I exchange an item?

Please select the item & size that you'd like instead in our returns portal and we will send it to you as soon as we receive your parcel.

Will I be notified when my return or exchange has been processed?

Yes, you will receive an email notification as soon as it has been processed.

How long will it take for my parcel to reach you after I've shipped it?
