Returns & Exchanges
You can of course send any unwanted items back for a refund / exchange if the requirements below are met;
- Your order was made less than 30 days ago
- Your items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- Your items still have their hangtags attached
Please note that we cannot accept returns unless all conditions above are met and will return them to you.
If all conditions above are met, please follow the procedure below to create your free returns label;
- Please click this link to access our Royal Mail return page (https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1926 )
- Fill in the information requested
- Print off your return label and tape it to your parcel
- Enclose a note with your order ID and instructions (refund, exchange etc)
- Please take it to your local post office and keep your proof of postage with the tracking number until your refund is issued.
A refund / exchange will be issued as soon as we receive your parcel.
