Where is my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the usual delivery window (see our Shipping & Delivery page), email us at hello@forgottentribes.com with your order ID and we'll look into it right away.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
UK Standard is £3.99 (2–3 working days) and Priority is £6.50 (1–2 working days), both fully tracked. International is calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Where are you based?
We're a UK company based in Deptford, South East London — and every order ships from our London warehouse.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. UK returns include one free return or exchange per order. Start yours in a minute on the Returns & Exchanges page.
How long does my refund take?
Once your return reaches us, we process refunds within 7 working days and email you to confirm. It can then take a few more days for the money to appear on your card or PayPal account.
Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Yes — choose the item and size you'd like in the returns portal, and we'll send the replacement as soon as your return arrives.
