How much do you charge for shipping?

UK delivery: £3.99 

I live outside the UK, will I get charged Import Fees & Duty?

We have currently suspended all International Shipping due to issues with customs.

 

Are returns Free?

UK orders: Yes, returns are Free (one free return label per order)

International orders: Returns will be at the customer's expense.

 

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14 day returns policy, which will start from delivery date. 

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

UK: We use Royal Mail 48, so your parcel will be delivered within 2/3 working days of dispatch.

 International: We use Royal Mail international, so your parcel will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

 

I need to return / exchange something, what do I do?
