How much do you charge for shipping?

UK delivery: £3.99 

International: from £6.99

 

I live outside the UK, will I get charged Import Fees & Duty?

Yes, the UK is no longer part of the European Union so your parcel will be subject to Import Taxes and Customs Duties in the destination country, payable by the customer. We have no responsabilty for these charges. 

 

Are returns Free?

UK orders: Yes, returns are Free. 

International orders: Returns will be at the customer's expense.

 

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30 day returns policy, which will start from delivery date. 

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

UK: We use Royal Mail 48, so your parcel will be delivered within 2/3 working days of dispatch.

 International: We use Royal Mail international, so your parcel will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

 

I need to return / exchange something, what do I do?
