Hero Fabrics
Hemp:
Hemp offers significant environmental benefits, making it a highly sustainable crop. It grows rapidly, maturing within 3-4 months, and requires less water than many other plants. Additionally, hemp absorbs large amounts of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, contributing to the fight against climate change. Its natural resistance to pests eliminates the need for harmful pesticides, reducing soil and water pollution. Hemp also improves soil health by replenishing nutrients and removing toxins through phytoremediation, making it an eco-friendly solution for agricultural and environmental challenges.
Organic Cotton: Certified Chemical-free.
Organic cotton is a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to conventional cotton, grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or genetically modified seeds. It relies on natural farming practices that promote soil health, conserve water, and protect biodiversity. Unlike conventional cotton, organic cotton reduces environmental pollution and minimizes harm to farmers and local ecosystems. Soft, durable, and chemical-free, organic cotton is a healthier choice for consumers and supports a more sustainable fashion and textile industry.
Animal Fibre:
We use unique fabrics from hand-collected, soft animal fibers. These materials are meticulously processed and transformed into premium-quality fabrics using OCS-certified techniques, along with EU-compliant dyes and chemicals for dyeing and finishing.
Recycled Cotton: Made from Old Garments or Textile Leftovers.
Recycled cotton repurposes cotton fibers that would otherwise be discarded during manufacturing processes like spinning and garment cutting, preventing them from ending up in landfills. By transforming these fibers into unique fabrics, this process conserves water and energy while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Bamboo
Bamboo fiber is soft, breathable, and naturally antibacterial. It is derived from the pulp of bamboo plants, which grow rapidly without requiring pesticides, fertilizers, or excessive water. Bamboo cultivation absorbs significant amounts of carbon dioxide and helps prevent soil erosion, making it a highly sustainable option. When processed responsibly, bamboo fiber serves as an eco-friendly alternative to conventional fabrics, offering a renewable and biodegradable solution for sustainable fashion.
