Return Policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, you can return any item (except piercing jewelry and socks) within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is in a clean, unworn, and unwashed condition with all its original packaging intact. All returns will be inspected by our returns team, and we reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are not in a resalable condition.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  • Scan the QR code on the return card included in your parcel or click here to access our Return & Exchange portal.
  • You will need your order ID (a 6-digit number including #, e.g., #214576—found in your order confirmation email) and the exact email address used to place the order.
  • Follow the steps to complete the return process.

You will have the option to:

✅ Print the label at home
✅ Get it printed at your local post office (a QR code will be sent to you for this option)

Important Return Guidelines

  • The parcel must be scanned by a post office. You cannot ship it elsewhere or drop it in a postal box. We cannot issue a refund if the parcel is not scanned by the post office.
  • Once your label is printed and affixed to your parcel, take it to the post office, have it scanned, and keep the receipt with the tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
  • We kindly ask that customers avoid leaving makeup marks, strong perfume scents, or hair on items when trying them on, as this may make them non-refundable.
  • Hygiene items such as piercing jewelry (earrings) and socks cannot be returned.

Free Return Label & Exchanges

We offer one free return label or exchange per order. If you wish to return or exchange an item again, a shipping fee will apply.

Fair Use Policy

As a small business, repeated returns can be damaging. While we take pride in offering a worry-free shopping experience with free returns, we ask that this policy is not abused. If we notice an unusually high return rate on your account, we may deactivate your account and refuse future sales.

RETURN FAQs

I don’t have a printer. How can I print the return label?

Choose the QR code option in the returns portal, and you will receive a QR code via email. Show this QR code on your phone at your local Post Office, and they will print the return label for you.

Where can I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID is a 6-digit number found in your order confirmation and dispatch notification emails. You can also find it on the Royal Mail shipping label affixed to your parcel.

Can I get my parcel collected from home?

Unfortunately, home collection is not available. Your parcel must be taken to your local Post Office.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will issue a refund within 7 working days of receiving your parcel.

How can I exchange an item?

In the returns portal, select the item and size you’d like instead. We will send the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Will I be notified when my return or exchange has been processed?

Yes, you will receive an email notification as soon as your return or exchange has been processed.

How long will it take for my parcel to reach you after I’ve shipped it?

Please allow 4 to 6 working days for your parcel to reach us.
