Europe: We can't ship EU orders from our UK branch, please place your order from our EU branch (based in France).
International: from £5
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
UK: We use Royal Mail 48. Your parcel will be delivered within 2/3 working days of dispatch.
Europe: Please visit our EU website www.forgottentribes.fr/en
International: We use Royal Mail international. Your parcel will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days of dispatch.
I live outside the UK, will I get charged Import Fees & Duty?
The UK is no longer part of the European Union so your parcel may be subject to Import Taxes and Customs Duties in the destination country, payable by the customer. We have no responsabilty for these charges. If you live in the EU please order from our European branch based in France, you will not have to pay any import duties and will enjoy faster and fully tracked shipping - www.forgottentribes.fr/en (the french site is fully translated to English)
Are returns free?
UK: We offer free returns on all UK orders.
Europe & International: Returns postage will be at the customer's expense.
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love everything you bought from us, however if something is not quite right, we offer a 30 day return policy, starting from delivery date. We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay once we received your returns.
Please make sure the returned items are in a clean, unworn and unwashed condition, with all their original packaging.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (earrings) and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.
