Crafted from soft, breathable bamboo viscose, the Tao leggings offer a gentle compression — less supportive than our Islay training leggings, yet equally comfortable for all-day wear. Perfect for everyday activities and light exercise, they combine ease of movement with an airy feel.

Tao is designed without side seams or pockets for a sleek, streamlined silhouette. Handcrafted in small batches, Tao 2 features an organic all-over vertical tie-dye pattern. As with all tie-dye creations, each piece is uniquely different, with subtle variations in colour and pattern.

Below are the body measurements we use as a guide to create our styles during the design process. Our clothes are designed based on a woman whose height is 5 ft 6 - 5 ft 7 (168 - 170 cm). 

The fit of a garment varies depends on the style. You can find garment measurements in the "size and measurement" section in each garment page. 

How to take your measurements?

Always measure against your body rather than over clothes for an accurate result.

1. Bust:

Measure under the arms at the fullest part around the bust horizontally

2. Waist:

Measure around the natural waistline

3. Hips:

With the feet together measure around fullest part

4. Inside leg:

In bare feet take the measurement from the top of the inside leg and measure down the inside leg to the floor
