Below are the body measurements we use as a guide to create our styles during the design process. Our clothes are designed based on a woman whose height is 5ft 6- 5ft 7( 168 - 170 cm).
The fit of a garment varies depends on the style. You can find garment measurements in the "size and measurement" section in each garment page.
Always measure against your body rather than over clothes for an accurate result.
Measure under the arms at the fullest part around the bust horizontally

With the feet together measure around fullest part
In bare feet take the measurement from the top of the inside leg and measure down the inside leg to the floor

Returns & Exchanges within the UK are FREE. Please use our Returns Portal in the link below to create your returns label (a QR code option is available if you don't have a printer);

Are returns & exchanges Free: Yes, but only for UK orders
I don't have a printer, what can I do? : Choose the QR code option and you will be emailed a QR code that will allow you to get the label printed by your local Post Office. Show this QR code on your phone to your local post office and they will be able to print the label off for you.
I can't find my Order ID? : Your Order ID is a 6 digit number that can be found on your order confirmation and dispatch notification emails. You can also find it on the Royal Mail shipping label affixed to your parcel that was used to deliver the parcel to you.
I haven't received an order confirmation or dispatch notification email? : These emails would have been sent to the email address you provided us with when placing the order. Please check that mailbox (including spam folder).
Can I get my parcel collected from Home? : No, unfortunately that option is not avaible. Your parcel must be taken to your local Post Office.
How long does it take for a refund to take place? : We will issue a refund as soon as we receive and process your parcel.
How can I exchange an item? : Please select the item & size that you'd like instead in our returns portal and we will send it to you as soon as we receive your parcel.
Will I be notified when my return or exchange has been processed? : Yes, you will receive an email notification as soon as it has been processed.
How long will it take for my parcel to reach you after I've shipped it? Please allow 4 to 6 working days.

Where is my stuff?
If you haven't received your goods within the normal timeframe mentioned in the Shipping & Returns tab, please email us at hello@forgottentribes.com and provide us with your order ID so we can look into the issue.
I have sent my order back, how long does it take to process my refund?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
Do you do wholesale?

United KingdomI can't bear to keep these trousers on because they're so itchy. Even with thermals beneath, the waistband is so huge that it goes up to my boobs! So there's no avoiding the itches. Additionally the elastic is so poor around this (giant) waistband that I constantly have to hitch them up, which feel really embarrassing when you're out. Yes, I bought the right size - the smallest there was. I would have returned but I had to leave for my grandmother's funeral, and by the time I tried them on I had thrown away the packaging - which was my fault. So disappointing.

United KingdomI already have three pairs of these in grey with the front pockets. That's probably enough of a glowing review of the style because I love them. I seem to have bought a pair every year for the last three years and have one for smart, one for casual and the oldest pair are now for dog walks and gardening. I wear them a lot and they wear well. I wasn't sure if the side pockets on the green would work for my body shape or if they would make me feel a bit wide but they are fantastic as well. I love the hang and the weave and the warmth of them. It's nice to have a different colour and these feel quite smart, a little bit countrified perhaps? Anyway, I am size 12 and 5 foot 8. They would fit a wider waist - easily up to 16. The length of me is just above the ankle if I pull the waist down a tiny bit. I wear them mostly with boots and they are a wardrobe favourite. I almost look forward to winter every year so that I can wear them. Also, lots of compliments from people who I hope then go on to buy a pair! Enjoy!

I did give them a gentle wash and tumble before first wearing of them to soften them up a little but now they are super cosy and comfortable. Contemplating getting the Oatmeal pair now as they are so versatile. Highly recommended for overall comfort.
