Forgotten Tribe were so amazing they let me change my mind twice :-)
At first I wanted an exchange, thinking maybe a men's pair would be better, so I sent the trousers back but then there was a delay with the post returning it to them, and when I contacted Forgotten Tribes they said they'd look for it, but would send me another pair in the meantime. While speaking to him I realised the item I was trying to exchange it for wouldn't suit me any better, so I asked could they just send me back the same pair I'd sent back already, and they did it without making any issue about me being indecisive and putting them to extra trouble. Nor did they charge any more for postage.
