UK orders: Yes, returns are Free.

Europe & International orders: Returns will be at the customer's expense.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30 day returns policy, which will start from delivery date.

How returns policy has been extended to 60 days for the Christmas season, any orders placed between the 20/11/2021 and 24/12/2021 will benefit from a 60 day return window.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

UK: We use Royal Mail 48, so your parcel will be delivered within 48h of dispatch.

International: We use Royal Mail international, so your parcel will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

Where is my stuff?

If you haven't received your goods within the normal timeframe mentioned in the Shipping & Returns tab, please email us at hello@forgottentribes.com and provide us with your order ID so we can look into the issue.

I have sent my order back, how long does it take to process my refund?

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

Do you do wholesale?

Lovely clothes

I bought the double pocket joggers and I’m very pleased with them. Great quality and definitely quirky! I was worried as being a bit older in years and a few sizes bigger than the model that they wouldn’t look good but I was not dismayed; they fit great and are very chic!!
